Delivery. Voicely is a digital service with no physical goods. Credits are added to the account you are signed in with immediately after the payment is confirmed, and are usable straight away. If they have not appeared within 10 minutes, contact support and we will apply them manually. If we have not delivered within 24 hours of a verified payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

We operate a deliberately low-dispute model: a free tier before purchase, one-time packs rather than subscriptions, immediate delivery, and refunds for unused generations. Our chargeback rate has stayed at or near zero across every processor.

Pricing FAQ
How much does Voicely cost?
Voicely is free to start — you can generate audio without an account, and signing in with Google adds more free generations. When you need more than the free tier gives you, you buy a one-time credit pack. Packs start at $2.99 for 50 generations and go up to $18.99 for 500. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
What exactly does one credit buy?
One credit = one generation. Each time you press Generate and audio is produced, one credit is used. Replaying audio you already generated does not use a credit, and a generation that fails is not charged. A per-generation character limit applies; it is higher on paid credits than on the free tier.
How do I receive what I bought?
Instantly and automatically. Credits are added to the account you are signed in with as soon as the payment is confirmed — there is nothing to download or install, and no physical goods are shipped. Card payments confirm within seconds. If credits have not appeared within 10 minutes, contact support and we will resolve it manually.
Which payment methods can I use?
Inside Pakistan, Easypaisa. Everywhere else, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. International card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions. We do not store your card details at any point.
Do credits expire?
No. Your generations never expire and there is no monthly reset. Buy a pack in January and use it in December — the allowance is still there. Buying more adds to it, and paid generations are spent only after any free credits you hold.
Is there a subscription or recurring charge?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed number of credits. Nothing renews, and you are never charged automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you change your mind, the generations you have not used are refunded pro-rata within 30 days of purchase. We refund in full for non-delivery, a duplicate charge, an unauthorised purchase, or where the service failed to deliver what you paid for. Generations you have already spent are not refundable. Can I use the audio commercially?
Yes — you own the audio you generate, and the Terms of Use say so explicitly. It carries no watermark and may be used in commercial work — monetised YouTube videos, client voiceover, advertising, and similar. Voice cloning is not offered and no voice may be used to impersonate a real person. See the Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy.
What currency am I charged in?
Customers in Pakistan pay in Pakistani rupees via Easypaisa. Everywhere else the charge is in US dollars, and your bank converts it at their rate. Prices are shown exclusive of any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live; any such tax is calculated and shown at checkout, so the total you confirm is the amount that will be taken.
