Refund Policy

1. What you are purchasing
When you purchase credits on Voicely, you are purchasing a prepaid balance of digital AI voice generation credits. Each credit allows one text-to-speech generation. Credits are delivered to your Voicely account immediately upon payment verification and are valid indefinitely — they do not expire.
2. Digital goods — general no-refund policy
Because Voicely credits are digital goods that are delivered instantly to your account, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once credits have been added. This is consistent with standard practice for digital products and prepaid services.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree that the digital nature of the product means the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery is confirmed.
3. Eligible refund situations
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: You completed payment but credits were not added to your account within 24 hours and we cannot verify receipt of your payment.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized transaction: A purchase was made on your account without your authorization. You must report this within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible.
4. Non-eligible situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after credits have been added to your account.
- Credits used (partially or fully) before the refund request.
- Dissatisfaction with a specific voice output (you can regenerate using the same credit).
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
- Providing an incorrect payment transaction ID that resulted in a failed verification.
5. How to request a refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 30 days of your purchase:

Please include your registered email address, the date of purchase, the payment method used, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Chargeback policy
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in permanent suspension of your Voicely account.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider — typically 3–10 business days for card payments. For Easypaisa payments, refunds are made via bank transfer or Easypaisa to the number used for the original payment.
8. Service availability
In the unlikely event that Voicely discontinues its service permanently, users with unused credits will be notified at least 30 days in advance and offered a pro-rated refund for remaining unused credits.
