How long until credits are added?
Usually within a few hours. If it's been more than 4 hours, WhatsApp 03322211000.
What is a Transaction ID?
It's an 11–12 digit number assigned by Easypaisa after you send money. Find it in the Easypaisa app under My Account → Transaction History → tap the payment. It is NOT your phone number.
What if I submit the wrong Transaction ID?
Your request will be rejected and credits won't be added. Submit the correct one by contacting us on WhatsApp with your email and the correct ID.
Can I buy more than 100 credits?
Yes — submit multiple payment requests. Each Rs. 350 / $1.99 adds another 100 credits to your account.
Do credits carry over if I don't use them all?
Yes. Credits never expire and stack with any free credits you have remaining.
