Terms of Use

Voicely has a free tier funded by a small number of paying users. To keep it available and fast for everyone, usage is subject to fair-usage limits — including per-session and per-account generation limits, rate limits, and character limits. Do not attempt to circumvent these limits, for example by creating multiple accounts, rotating IP addresses or proxies/VPNs to evade counting, scripting or automating the Service, or reselling access. Automated or bulk extraction of generated audio is not permitted.

You may not use Voicely to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

• Impersonation of any government body, institution, official, company, or person — including audio that purports to be from a government programme, bank, telecom, or public office.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or deception — including advance-fee fraud, fake “you have won / you are approved / claim your funds” messages, requests for a fee, missed call, OTP, PIN, CNIC, or bank/wallet details, and any content designed to trick people out of money or information.
• Robocalls, spam calls, or mass automated calling / messaging using generated audio.
• Hate, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
• Sexual content involving minors (strictly banned), and other sexually explicit or obscene content.
• Voice cloning or imitation of a real person without their clear consent, or to mislead.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal goods and services.
• Anything unlawful under the laws of Pakistan or of the jurisdiction where the content is used.

Fraud that targets vulnerable people — for example impersonating a social-welfare or income-support programme to deceive low-income households — is treated with the highest severity.

Medical/educational exception: medically necessary anatomical terms may be allowed when used in a genuine health/education context (no explicit sexual intent).

Voicely converts text you write into spoken audio. You supply the script; the Service reads it aloud in a synthetic voice and returns an audio file. That is the entire product.

The Service does not, and cannot:

• Clone or convert voices. There is no audio upload anywhere in the product — no microphone capture, no sample upload, no reference clip. Every voice is a fixed synthetic voice from a licensed catalogue.
• Imitate a real person. No voice is modelled on, named after, or presented as any real or public individual. Using the Service to impersonate anyone is prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination.
• Generate images, video, or faces. The only output is audio.
• Write or generate text. You supply your own script.

Voicely offers prepaid AI voice generation credits for purchase. By completing a purchase you agree to the following:

• What you buy: A licence to use the Service for a set number of generations. One credit permits one text-to-speech generation. Pack sizes and the price for your region are shown on the Pricing page and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
• Credits are not stored value: they are a usage allowance, not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, transferred or exchanged, and cannot be used anywhere other than the Service. They are not a gift card, voucher, store credit or payment instrument.
• Delivery: Generations are added to your account immediately on verified payment — normally within seconds. If they have not appeared within 10 minutes, contact support. If we have not delivered within 24 hours of a verified payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
• No subscription: Packs are one-time purchases. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.
• No expiry: Purchased credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely.
• Non-transferable: Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Refunds: Generations you have already used are final. Generations you have not used are refundable within 30 days of purchase, and we refund in full for non-delivery, duplicate charges, unauthorised purchases, or where the Service failed to deliver. See our Refund Policy.
• Chargebacks: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Uncontested chargebacks may result in account suspension.
• Taxes: Prices are shown exclusive of any sales tax, VAT, GST or equivalent that applies where you are. Any such tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm, and collected by the merchant of record where one applies.
• Android payment beta: Purchases in the Voicely Android app during its closed beta are real, paid purchases processed by Google Play, not free or test transactions. Credits go to the Voicely account signed in to the app at the time of purchase. Google decides which payment methods are shown and whether Google Play checkout is available to you; access to the beta is by request and not guaranteed.
• Price changes: We may change pricing at any time. Generations you have already bought are not affected by price changes.

You own the output. As between you and Voicely, the audio you generate is yours. We claim no ownership of it and place no watermark on it.

You may use it commercially — monetised video, client voiceover, e-learning, advertising, audiobooks and similar — including after your credits run out or your account closes. Audio you generated stays yours.

This grant is subject to two limits, and only these two:

• The script must be yours to use. You are responsible for holding the rights to any text you submit.
• Speech is synthesised by Google Cloud Text-to-Speech and Google Gemini, so your use must also comply with Google’s terms for those services, and with our Acceptable Use Policy — in particular the prohibition on impersonating real people.

• You are responsible for any text you submit and any audio you share.
• If you create a public share link, you understand that others may access that content.
• You grant Voicely permission to store and use your generations to operate and improve the Service (see Privacy Policy). This permission is the same whether you use the free tier or paid credits.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Voicely, and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits. By purchasing you confirm you meet that age and have the legal capacity to enter this contract.

If you are between 16 and 18, you may use the free tier with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone below these ages, we will close it and delete its data — see our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Generated audio may contain mistakes, mispronunciations, or unintended outputs. You are responsible for reviewing before publishing.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or harmed the Service or other users.

We may review generated content and account activity to protect the community and comply with the law. Where we find a violation, we may — at our discretion and without any obligation to notify you first — remove or disable content and share links, restrict or suspend your account, and block further access.

If you encounter content on Voicely that violates this Policy, please report it. Include the share URL or ID and a short reason. See Community Guidelines for the reporting form. Reports are reviewed, and we may remove content or restrict access.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, accuracy of generated audio, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicely’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where VOICELY STUDIO is established.

Your local consumer rights are not affected. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Where those rules give you stronger rights than these Terms, those rules apply.

Jurisdiction is non-exclusive. You may bring proceedings relating to these Terms in the courts of your country of residence, or in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan. Nothing here requires you to travel or litigate abroad to enforce your rights.

Card purchases. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for card payments and is the seller named on your invoice and statement. That payment transaction is additionally governed by Lemon Squeezy’s own terms, and their buyer-protection and dispute processes are available to you independently of these Terms.
