These Terms govern your use of Voicely (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Keep it clean (acceptable use)

Voicely is built for public-friendly voice generation. You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that is:

• Hate, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse.
• Sexually explicit content, pornographic content, or sexual content involving minors (strictly banned).
• Obscene or excessively offensive language intended to shock or harm.
• Instructions for wrongdoing or illegal activity.
• Spam, scams, phishing, or impersonation.

Medical/educational exception: medically necessary anatomical terms may be allowed when used in a genuine health/education context (no explicit sexual intent).

2) Your content & sharing

• You are responsible for any text you submit and any audio you share.
• If you create a public share link, you understand that others may access that content.
• Because the Service is free, you grant Voicely permission to store and use your generations to operate and improve the Service (see Privacy Policy).

3) No guarantees

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Generated audio may contain mistakes, mispronunciations, or unintended outputs. You are responsible for reviewing before publishing.

4) Fair use & rate limits

To protect performance for everyone, we may apply limits, block abusive traffic, or restrict features at any time without notice.

5) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or harmed the Service or other users.

6) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Purchases & credits

Voicely offers prepaid AI voice generation credits for purchase. By completing a purchase you agree to the following:

• What you buy: Each purchase provides a set number of digital credits (currently 100 credits for Rs. 350 / $1.99 USD). One credit equals one text-to-speech generation.
• Delivery: Credits are added to your account upon verified payment. Delivery is typically within a few hours. If credits are not received within 24 hours, contact support.
• No expiry: Purchased credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely.
• Non-transferable: Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Refunds: Credits are digital goods. All sales are generally final once credits are added. See our Refund Policy for eligible refund situations and how to request one.
• Chargebacks: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Uncontested chargebacks may result in account suspension.
• Price changes: We may change credit pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

8) Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, accuracy of generated audio, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicely's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country.
