Acceptable Use & Fair Usage Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Voicely is a free, community-friendly text-to-speech service. This Acceptable Use & Fair Usage Policy explains what the Service may and may not be used for, and how we enforce it. It works alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. By using Voicely you agree to this Policy.
1) Fair usage
Voicely is offered free to a large community, funded by a small number of paying users. To keep it available and fast for everyone, usage is subject to fair-usage limits — including per-session and per-account generation limits, rate limits, and character limits. Do not attempt to circumvent these limits, for example by creating multiple accounts, rotating IP addresses or proxies/VPNs to evade counting, scripting or automating the Service, or reselling access. Automated or bulk extraction of generated audio is not permitted.
2) Prohibited uses
You may not use Voicely to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:
- Impersonation of any government body, institution, official, company, or person — including audio that purports to be from a government programme, bank, telecom, or public office.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, or deception — including advance-fee fraud, fake “you have won / you are approved / claim your funds” messages, requests for a fee, missed call, OTP, PIN, CNIC, or bank/wallet details, and any content designed to trick people out of money or information.
- Robocalls, spam calls, or mass automated calling / messaging using generated audio.
- Hate, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
- Sexual content involving minors (strictly banned), and other sexually explicit or obscene content.
- Voice cloning or imitation of a real person without their clear consent, or to mislead.
- Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal goods and services.
- Anything unlawful under the laws of Pakistan or of the jurisdiction where the content is used.
Fraud that targets vulnerable people — for example impersonating a social-welfare or income-support programme to deceive low-income households — is treated with the highest severity.
3) Monitoring & enforcement
We may review generated content and account activity to protect the community and comply with the law. Where we find a violation, we may — at our discretion and without any obligation to notify you first — remove or disable content and share links, restrict or suspend your account, and block further access.
4) Reporting of abuse to the authorities
Serious violations of this Policy — in particular fraud, scams, impersonation of institutions, and content that endangers the public — may be reported by us to the relevant authorities, including the Federal Investigation Agency’s National Response Centre for Cyber Crime (FIA NR3C), the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), and any institution or person being impersonated.
We may make such a report without prior notice to you, and may keep an affected account active while doing so, in order not to compromise an investigation. When we report a matter, we preserve the associated evidence — including generated text and audio, timestamps, IP addresses, and account and payment records — and we cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.
Payments made to Voicely (for example via Easypaisa or JazzCash) are processed through KYC-verified wallets. This means payment records associated with abusive activity can identify the account holder to the authorities.
5) Reporting abuse to us
If you encounter content on Voicely that violates this Policy, please report it. Include the share URL or ID and a short reason. See Community Guidelines for the reporting form. Reports are reviewed, and we may remove content or restrict access.
6) Changes
We may update this Policy as the Service and the threat landscape evolve. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
7) Contact
For questions about this Policy, or to report abuse, contact administrator@tryvoicely.com, visit Contact, or see Community Guidelines.
