But Dae firmly shuts it down, saying it’s impossible—because he was with Eunice the entire time they were in Paris. When Dae’s father received his settlement, he gave Dae money to spend however he wanted—and Dae used it to take Eunice on a trip to Paris. When Kitty asks the obvious question, Dae confirms they did sleep together there. Kitty immediately tells him he needs to talk to Eunice. It turns out Eunice had been distant with Dae since that trip because she thought she might be pregnant after missing her period—but after leaving the Chuseok party, she finally got it. That clears Dae, but raises a new question: whose pregnancy test was in the trash?
